4. Merchandise

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Due to the tailored and consultative nature of our contract support and drafting services, fees for services are non-refundable once the drafting process has begun. This ensures that resources allocated to your project are preserved and dedicated exclusively to your needs.

5.2 Infoproducts

You may request a refund for infoproduct purchases within 14 days of purchase provided the materials have not been downloaded or accessed. To request a refund, contact our team with proof of purchase. Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

5.3 Merchandise

Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery if items are unused and in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact our customer support. Once the returned merchandise is received and inspected, we will issue a refund via the original payment method within 10 business days, or offer an interaction upon request. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is defective.

6. Scheduling and Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule service appointments up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling requests received within this period will be accommodated based on availability. No-shows or late cancellations forfeit the service fee.
